Once we receive your request and confirm that the Strata Management can facilitate a remote inspection, we’ll contact you with the next steps within 24 hours. An Assure Strata Report costs $349.00 + GST and is typically published 1–2 business days after the inspection of the records has been completed.

Extra Information
We require a Letter of Authority (LOA) from the Lot Owner before requesting an inspection of the records, as we have no legal authority to conduct our inspection without this document. If you're a prospective Buyer, your Solicitor or Agent can request this document on your behalf. If you are a Vendor, you can download an LOA template here or upload your own.
